At Seva Network by PMetroMart, we are committed to transparency, trust, and accountability in all donor interactions. This policy outlines our terms for donations made through our platform.
As we are a donation-based platform, there are no physical products shipped to donors. All contributions go directly toward supporting our listed charitable projects, initiatives, or beneficiaries.
Upon successful donation, donors will receive:
An email confirmation
A digital donation receipt
Project updates (where applicable)
Donations made to Seva Network are considered final and non-refundable. However, we do understand that mistakes can happen. Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

Duplicate transactions
Incorrect donation amount entered
Technical errors during payment processing
To request a refund:
Email us at support@sevanetwork.pmetromart.inย within 3 days of the transaction.
Include transaction ID, donor name, contact details, and the reason for your request.
All refund requests are reviewed within 7 working days.
Note: Refunds will be made only to the original payment method.
Donations cannot be canceled once they are processed, as funds may be immediately allocated to active charitable projects. For recurring donations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled billing cycle.
