Purpose of Membership
The Seva Network Membership Program is created to foster a community of change-makers who are committed to social good. It provides individuals and organizations an opportunity to regularly contribute to causes they care about, stay informed on impact, and engage with like-minded citizens.
Membership is more than just donating — it’s about becoming an active part of a growing network that believes in transparency, trust, and meaningful action.
Eligibility Criteria
To become a member, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older (minors must have parental consent)
Register on our platform with valid contact and payment information
Agree to the terms, privacy policy, and code of conduct of the platform
Be committed to ethical giving and transparent engagement
Organizations must provide valid registration documents to join as institutional members.

Basic Member
Access to newsletters, basic project updates, and donation tracking
Supporting Member
Early access to new campaigns, priority support, member badge
Lifetime Member
All supporting member benefits + name on Hall of Donors + event invites
Free Membership
Seva Network believes in inclusive participation. We offer Free Membership to individuals who are unable to contribute financially but are eager to be part of our community. This applies especially to:
🧑🎓 Students
🙋♂️ Unemployed Individuals
👵 Senior Citizens
To apply for a fee waiver, applicants must submit:
A valid Student ID card (for students)
Age proof (for senior citizens above 60 years)
BPL Card or Unemployment proof (for financial hardship cases)
Waivers are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved members will receive full access to basic membership benefits.
Note: All free members are equally encouraged to participate in volunteering and awareness campaigns.
Donations & Impact Transparency
Every donation made by members will be tracked and displayed in their dashboard.
Quarterly impact reports will be emailed to all Supporting and Lifetime members.
Members can request additional details about fund utilization for transparency.
Membership Renewal & Cancellation
Basic membership will be notified via email 15 days before annual renewal.
Supporting Members will be notified via email 15 days before annual renewal.
Lifetime Members enjoy permanent benefits.
Cancellation:
Members can cancel at any time by emailing support@sevanetwork.pmetromart.in
Membership fees are non-refundable except in duplicate or technical error cases
Donations made are final and non-refundable as per nonprofit standards
Privacy & Data Use
We are fully committed to protecting member data. Personal information collected during membership registration is used only for communication, donor verification, and impact reporting.

Modifications to Policy
